PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

Personal data of the customer (or persons acting on behalf of the customer) provided by the customer when concluding a contract or submitting an order will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. The data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after its termination, until all rights and obligations arising from this contractual relationship have been fully fulfilled.

The controller of personal data is GUMOVÁ STŘECHA s.r.o., with its registered office at Uzavřená 1847, 739 34 Šenov, registered in the Commercial Register in Section C, Insert 99442 maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Company ID: 232 13 906. Personal data will not be provided to other controllers without the consent of the customer (or the data subjects).

Consent of the data subject is not required for processing, as pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, and pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. In accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, personal data may also be processed for the purposes of direct marketing until an objection is raised pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectification or erasure, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to object to the processing.
